- A $1,000 fee applies for indoor smoking.

Place was nice and clean, and in a convenient location to get to both complexes we played at. The location itself was ok, but not spectacular. Plenty of off street parking, but no yard to speak of. House was clean and rooms were fine. Kitchen had what we needed. Not necessarily a house you will want to hang at for a duration of time, but great to go and lay your head down versus hotel rooms.

This house was very nice and up to date. They communicated promptly and brought us batteries in a timely manner. Its location is close to the center of everything. It's about 10 minutes from Augustana University and The Falls. I highly recommend this place!!
