Place was neat and clean upon arrival many nearby restaurants it's close to downtown and the neighborhood was quite definitely recommend 10/10.

Great place that matched the description. it was clean and had what we needed. There were a few small things that would have made it less than 5 stars had they not been in the description. There were ants, but the description did warn of possible critters. It was HOT in the bedroom, but the description mentioned personal fans and heaters, of which there were plenty. The only other thing was there was a coffee mug with coffee in it inside the microwave (who knows how long it was there). The shower door was hard to open and once opened didn't stay shut well, and the bathroom is a little oddly arranged. Your knees will touch the vanity while on the toilet. Really, these are all quite small details and the place was clean, smelled nice, easy to get into, and matched the cost. The directions to park and get in were perfect. I'd stay again if I was in Sioux Falls again.

My husband and I are moving across the country, and needed a quick stop to rest. Prem was very helpful in quickly responding and going above and beyond to help us with parking and other factors with our long load. We arrived very very late, so Prem graciously extended our check-out time so we could rest longer. The loft was very clean and comfortable! One of the beds is very firm, which is not my personal favorite. My only complaint is that some of the bathroom towels appeared dirty, though maybe they were just permanent stains. Would recommend this spot because of Prem's amazing hosting, communication, and care!!!

The Platinum Loft was just right for our needs. My daughter and I were in town to visit family who live nearby and we were able to walk to and from their house without any concerns. The bedrooms are generously sized and the beds are comfortable. I appreciated the small desk area in the larger bedroom for the few hours of remote work I had to do. The bathroom and kitchen area were clean and well-stocked with the essentials. We had an issue with getting the outer door to lock but Abby responded right away and by the time we returned it was fixed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice little cozy spot, but plenty of space for multiple adults. felt like I was renting an apartment with the set up. place was clean and organized. plenty of natural light. super close to downtown, and plenty of food options close by. highly recommend for a multiple night stay.
