Capacity The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults. It includes three bedrooms, each with a cozy queen bed. There’s also an additional queen-size floor mattress available for extra flexibility during your stay.

Accessibility This home is easy to get into with just 5 short steps leading up to the front entrance. Once inside, nearly everything is on one main level — with the exception of the third bedroom upstairs and the laundry area located in the basement.

🚘 Parking The driveway can easily fit three vehicles. Please note, the driveway has a slight slope, which may be challenging during the winter months due to potential snow and ice. ❌ Please do NOT park on the street — for your safety and convenience, we highly recommend using the driveway during your stay.

🗑️ Trash Trash bins are conveniently located at the back of the property. Guests are welcome to dispose of trash at any time during their stay.

🌡️ Heating/Cooling The home is equipped with central heating and cooling. Guests are welcome to adjust the thermostat anytime for their comfort and convenience.

🚭 Smoking / Illegal Activity

• 👉 Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will be reported to local authorities.
• 👉 Smoking is allowed outdoors only — absolutely no indoor smoking.
• 👉 A $1,000 fee will apply for any indoor smoking.
• 👉 Please dispose of cigarette butts properly to help keep the space clean and safe.
• 👉 Unauthorized/Extra Guest: $200 per guest.
• ❌ No music or parties are allowed. Quiet hours are from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. A $1,000 fine will be charged for any violation.
• ❌ If the bed, linens, towels, or any other items are found stained, or if extra or off-site laundry is required, a minimum charge of $50 will apply.

🐜 Bugs and Nuances While we maintain thorough cleanliness and regular pest control, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, fruit flies, or earwigs may happen. The neighborhood setting means you might hear some noise from nearby homes, pets, emergency vehicles and planes.

If you’re local, we can’t allow bookings. We’ll review requests on a case-by-case basis.

We may request a valid government-issued ID either before or after booking for verification purposes. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if this requirement is not fulfilled.
